16GW! SolarSpace Launches TOPCon Project

On January 3rd 2023, Solarspace Technology Co., Ltd, a leading manufacturer of high-performance photovoltaic products, announced that the official launch of its high-efficiency TOPCon photovoltaic cells facility with annual production of 16GW in Chuzhou, China. SolarSpace intends to upgrade its integrated production capacity by expanding its solar cell and module projects worldwide. The average efficiency of mass production for TOPCon N-type solar cell will be up to 24.8~25.3%, and the efficiency of the corresponding N-type solar modules will also reach 22.3%.
