Powering Progress: KSTAR Unveils New C&I and Residential ESS Solutions at Intersolar Europe 2025

This year’s highlights include the debut of the newly enhanced BluePulse and BlueSpark series and recognition of the official EUPD Research Award, reaffirming KSTAR’s commitment to practical innovation, user-focused design, and responsible energy development.

New BluePulse Solutions for C&I Flexibility

At the heart of the exhibition is the debut of the KAC50DP2-BC107DE2 in the BluePulse Series portfolio, developed in response to increasing demand for scalable, integrated solutions. This new configuration offers flexible storage options of 70/89/107 kWh and pairs with KAC Series 20~50 kW hybrid inverters. Besides, KSTAR also exhibits the KAC125DP2+BC197DE, delivering 197/215/233 kWh capacity, compatible with 20~125 kW hybrid inverters. Both configurations are expandable up to 6 parallel units off-grid and up to 20 on-grid, offering flexibility to support projects of varying sizes. It allows businesses to tailor their energy storage solutions to specific project requirements and future energy needs. Backed by CATL battery technology and a 10-year performance warranty, the system also comes equipped with integrated backup and genset input for greater operational flexibility. In addition, certified with UL 9540A, this system guarantees high safety standards for the European market.

New Residential ESS Solutions: BlueSpark Series

Also debuting at the exhibition is the BlueSpark Series for residential energy storage, KSTAR’s latest residential ESS offering. Available in both three-phase and single-phase versions, the BlueSpark features high-performance battery cells with a 10-year warranty, on/off-grid parallel capability, and optional AFCI protection, ensuring smarter energy management and enhanced safety for the household. The three-phase system supports 100% unbalanced output, delivering greater stability for homeowners.

Continued Advancements in Utility-Scale and Charging Solutions

KSTAR also showcases its BlueWave Series for utility-scale applications. This 350 kW three-phase string inverter is designed to maximize efficiency and lower LCOE. With a PID recovery feature and maximum DC input of 1500V, the BlueWave series can achieve 99% efficiency, making it an ideal choice for large-scale solar projects. Besides, KSTAR also presents its MV Power Station, an all-in-one, 20-ft standard container solution that provides 2500-3125 kW of power.

For charging solutions, both Green Flow DC Chargers and Green Flow AC Chargers offer efficient and sustainable charging options. These solutions reflect KSTAR’s dedication to supporting the growing EV market and driving the adoption of clean energy technologies.
